While Baby Boy Naps....

...gotta type quickly...

All my Christmas shopping is done!  This always makes me very happy!

Between online last week and out Saturday in town with Sweetpea...it is done!

Sweetpea also now has something to wear to her brother's college graduation next Saturday and midnight Mass.  Oh, I thank my lucky stars!

While baby boy naps this week, I am working on two little Christmas rose dresses...

right now I'm rockin around the collars with small bullion roses and having fun.

The gorgeous raspberry featherwale arrived in my mailbox last week from BessieMary and then the ever-so-hard-to-find coordinating tropical pink whip stitch piping from Heirloom Creations and I was ready to start this late, push-me-over-the-edge project.  Seams like I do that to myself every year...I guess I like it. 

While I stitch, I'm praying for my two sons.  They're both taking semester finals this week.  Firstborn picked up his cap and gown this morning!  Sigh.... of relief and sigh of I can't believe I will soon be the mother of a college graduate.  Yes, time does fly.

Secondborn stayed up all last night studying for two exams today...organic chemistry and physics...

just the idea makes me shudder and the hairs on the back of my neck stand up in trembling fear!

During the writing of this short post...baby boy woke, got a diaper change, and is now kicking away and smiling at toys in his cribby.

Back to my bullion roses...baby boys says no to that idea.
